I’m a big believer in winter gardening, I haven’t done anything about it YET, but I think it’s an important skill. Think about what your meals would look like if you couldn’t load up the cart at Costco with broccoli, spinach, strawberries, etc. During the summer with our gardens in full bloom we have tomatoes, zucchini, lettuce. Wouldn’t it be spectacular to have some of those fresh vegetables available all winter?
