Which brings me to my latest find….on a recent shopping trip I came across a standing rib roast at yes, you guessed it, NPS Marketsquare.  It just so happened that my brother was in town for the holidays and that’s always a special occasion for us and a cause to celebrate with family dinners.  I thought the rib roast would be great.

We froze the other half of the roast and now have another great roast to cook for another special dinner.
